Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Hussle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Hussle is a shift management and earnings tracking tool for gig workers and freelancers. The Service allows you to sync calendar events, log shifts, track earnings, set goals, and manage payment status.
User Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google or Apple account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Hussle. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your shift data, earnings information, or personal content. You can export or delete your data at any time.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, overloading the system with automated requests, or using the Service for any illegal purpose.
Accuracy of Information
Hussle provides earnings calculations, tax estimates, and forecasts based on data you provide. These are estimates only and should not be relied upon for tax filing or financial decisions. Consult a qualified professional for tax and financial advice.
Not Tax, Legal, or Financial Advice
Hussle is a record-keeping tool. It is not a tax preparation service, tax advisor, or licensed financial advisor. The tax estimates, year-end summary PDF, mileage deductions, and any other financial-looking outputs generated by the Service are rough approximations based on data you have entered and on configurable assumptions (such as a flat tax rate) that you control. They do not account for self-employment tax, state or local taxes, deductions you may qualify for, your filing status, or any other factor that determines your actual tax liability.
You agree that you are solely responsible for filing your own taxes accurately and on time. You should consult a qualified tax professional (CPA, EA, or licensed tax preparer) before relying on any number generated by Hussle to file a return, make a tax payment, or take any other financial action. Hussle does not file returns on your behalf and does not transmit any tax data to the IRS, any state revenue agency, or any third party other than as described in the Privacy Policy.
AI-Generated Content
Hussle uses third-party artificial-intelligence services — currently Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude — to (a) extract shift details from images of work schedules you scan, (b) read totals, categories, and dates from receipt photos you scan, and (c) turn plain-language shift descriptions you type into structured shifts. Image scans of schedules are processed primarily by Google Gemini, with Anthropic Claude used for receipts, typed shifts, and as a fallback (see the "AI Processing of Your Content" section of our Privacy Policy for which provider handles which feature). AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise wrong. You are responsible for reviewing every field that the AI fills in before saving a shift or expense. Hussle is not responsible for errors introduced by AI parsing. We may change or add AI providers; the current providers are described in our Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
We strive to keep Hussle available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hussle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost earnings, lost data, missed shifts, missed payments, incorrect calculations, tax penalties, interest, fines, audit findings, or any financial loss resulting from your reliance on outputs of the Service. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim arising out of or related to the Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose or be permanently barred.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
